Administrative Investigations

Legislation requiring the prevention and resolution of workplace harassment and violence has created a need for Human Resources and Employee/Labour Relations professionals to be familiar with the process of an Administrative Investigation.


CHR offers training which provides participants with the knowledge that will allow them to supervise or conduct an investigation. This program provides participants with an overview of the legal principals involved as well as a standardized process for carrying out an investigation. 
CHR consultants have trained close to 1 000 investigators.
